Obituary of Linda Ray Adams

Linda R. Adams (46) longtime St. Maries area resident, died Feb. 13, 2015 at St. Maries following an extended illness. She was born January 22, 1969 to Raymond and Carol (Seibert) Trautman Sr. at Los Angeles, CA. Linda spend her early years growing up in Tonasket, WA. She moved with her family to Genesee, ID in 1983. Linda graduated from Genesee High School with the class of 1987. As a young woman, she worked at her step-fathers grocery store in Genesee. Linda married Reese Adams in 1991 and they made their home in Santa, ID. The family moved to St. Maries in 1994 and Linda continued to raise her family. Linda became disabled in 1999 and was divorced in 2000. Linda enjoyed watching her children’s sporting activities. She enjoyed being out-doors and loved listening to Tim McGraw music. Linda’s favorite movie was “Last of the Dogmen” starring Tom Berenger and Barbara Hershey. She watched it over and over many times. Linda is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law Aaron and Monique Adams of Marysville, WA and Derek and Alicia Adams of Spokane, WA. She is also survived by her step-father Ivan Witcher of Genesse, ID and brother Ray Trautman Jr. of Goodyear, AZ and Half-brothers John and Steven Trautman both of Los Angeles, CA. Also surviving are grandchildren Ryan and Leighton Adams. She was preceded in death by her mother and brother Mark Trautman.
