It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Marjorie M. Hudgins-Brebner, who left the world on October 27, 2026 at the age of 102. Born February 19, 1924 in Lusk Wyoming to Arthur and Vivian Young. Marge was preceded in death by her parents, 5 brothers (Francis, David, Bob, Gene, Cecil), 3 sisters (Ethel, Hazel and Ruth), her son Patrick Hudgins, daughter Barbara Felton, 4 grandchildren and one great grandchild. Despite the profound losses throughout her life Marge continued to embody resilience and grace and touched the lives of countless family members and friends.

Marge was blessed with a large and loving family that totaled 102! She leaves behind 5 children Lynda Hawkins, Rita Smith, Mike (Gretchen) Hudgins, Vicki (Jim) Bacon and Shirley (John Johnson). She was proud Grandmother to 19 grandchildren, 46 great grandchildren and 37 great-great grandchildren, each bringing immense joy and filled her days with special memories she held dear.

Marge was known for her generosity, kindness and faith. Her door was always open and her home was a gathering place with warmth and laughter. She had a great passion for gardening, camping, sewing, crocheting and spending time with her extensive family, all of whom with sorely miss her humor and wisdom.

Marge’s life was a testament to the strength of family, the power of love and kindness and the enduring impact one person can have on the world. Her memory will forever remain in the hearts of her loved ones, and her spirit will continue to guide them in the days to come.

There will be a graveside service on Tuesday, November 10, 2026 at 2:00 pm at Woodlawn Cemetery in St. Maries, ID.
